Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • NDIS‑funded purchases may be invoiced GST‑free in accordance with Australian Tax Office guidelines.

  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless otherwise arranged for facility or plan‑managed orders.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the website.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within standard business hours. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability. Eco Living Assist is not responsible for delays caused by third‑party carriers or external factors beyond our control.

Returns & Warranty
