1. Not a Life-Saving Device

The Eco Living Assist Independence Support Kit is designed as a supplementary tool to enhance comfort and independence at home. It is not a life-saving or medical emergency device.

• This product should not be used as the sole or primary means of communication in a life-threatening or medical emergency.

• Always ensure you have a secondary, reliable method of contacting emergency services (e.g., a mobile or landline phone).

2. Installation & Maintenance

Our "Plug-and-Play" kits are designed for simple self-installation.

• User Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the device is installed correctly and tested upon arrival.

• Testing: We strongly recommend testing the chimes and button range weekly to ensure battery levels and connectivity remain active.

• Batteries: Our Smart Button is the only item which requires a replacement battery, please replace batteries immediately when the low-power indicator is active or if the signal becomes inconsistent.

3. Internet & Connectivity

• Our systems are designed to operate with minimal setup; however, performance may be affected by home Wi-Fi strength, wall thickness, or electrical interference.

• Eco Living Assist is not responsible for any failure of the device caused by third-party service outages (e.g., internet provider issues) or household power failures.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eco Living Assist (Silver Night Pty Ltd) excludes liability for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from the failure of the device to operate, or from improper installation or misuse. Our liability for any breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund, as set out under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Product Materials

Our bamboo disk is crafted from a natural material so regularly inspect your disk for any sharp edges. If any appear, a light sand with fine-grit sandpaper will restore the smooth finish.
