Every Eco Living Assist Independence Support Kit is covered by a 1‑year comprehensive warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty includes:

Full replacement or repair for any component found to be faulty under normal use.

Technical support via phone or email for setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Australian‑based assistance — our support team is available to help NDIS participants, carers, and aged‑care providers nationwide.
Warranty Coverage
Your warranty covers:

SMART Hub, SMART Button, SMART Wi‑Fi Plugs, Motion Sensor Lights, and Pre‑Programmed Router.

Manufacturing defects, connectivity faults, or power issues not caused by misuse.

Replacement parts shipped free of charge within Australia.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or modification of components.

Normal wear and tear of batteries or cables.

Accidental damage or loss after delivery.
- All items are sent pre-configured & tested if they are reset or settings tampered with you may incur a technical service charge to re-sync all components.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging and condition.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.

Returns must be initiated by emailing support @ ecolivingassist.com.au with photos or a brief description of the issue.

Eco Living Assist is committed to reducing waste. Wherever possible, we repair and reuse components rather than replace entire kits. Returned items are refurbished and donated to community programs supporting independent living.
