At Eco Living Assist, we are dedicated to helping NDIS participants increase their independence and safety at home through smart assistive technology. Our kits are designed to be "Plug-and-Play," making them a low-risk, high-impact solution for disability support.

How to Order Based on Your Management Type

1. Self-Managed

• Process: You can purchase the kit directly through our website.

• Documentation: You will receive an automated Tax Invoice immediately via email.

• Claiming: Use this invoice to claim your reimbursement through the NDIS MyPlace portal.

2. Plan-Managed

• Process: Click the "Request NDIS Quote" button on our product page or email us at info @ ecolivingassist.com.au

• Documentation: We will generate a GST-free Invoice/Quote and send it to you or your Plan Manager.

• Payment: Once your Plan Manager approves the funds, they pay via Bank Transfer. We ship your kit the moment the payment is confirmed.

3. Agency-Managed (NDIA)

• Please contact us directly. We will discuss the current options to coordinate with your support team.
