Simplicity is our specialty.

We designed our Eco Living Assist kit to be "plug-and-play," but we know that sometimes technology needs a little nudge. That’s why every kit includes 1 year of comprehensive local Australian technical support.

What We Help With:

• Syncing your Smart Button: If your button isn't toggling your plugs, we can walk you through a 30-second re-sync over the phone.

• Sensor Optimization: Advice on where to place your motion lights for the best detection (e.g., hallway vs. bathroom).

• Hardware Replacement: If any component in your kit fails due to a manufacturing defect within the first year, we will do our best to solve the issue remotely or we will replace it.

• The "Human" Touch: No confusing chatbots. You’ll speak to someone in Brisbane who knows exactly how your kit was built.

Power & Battery Guide

Because our kits don't require complex wiring, they rely on a mix of mains power and high-efficiency batteries. Here is the routine to keep everything active:

1. The Hub & Plugs (Always Ready)

• Power Source: Standard wall outlets.

• Maintenance: None! As long as the wall switch is 'ON' and your router is active, these units are always ready to respond to your button push.

2. The Smart Button (Long-Life)

• Power Source: 1x Coin Cell Battery (CR2032).

• Lifespan: 6 Months at regular usage.

• Tip: We recommend replacing the battery every 6 months (e.g., at the start of Summer and Winter) to ensure it never lets you down.

3. Motion Sensor Lights (Rechargeable)

• Power Source: Internal Lithium-Ion Battery (USB Rechargeable).

• Lifespan: Up to 2 Weeks per charge (depending on traffic).

• Tip: These lights are magnetic! Simply pop them off the wall and plug them into a standard phone charger for 2 hours. Once the red light turns green, they’re ready to go back on duty.

Safety & Usage Disclaimer

Important Information

While Eco Living Assist kits are designed to make daily life safer and easier, they are convenience-based assistive tools.

• Emergency Use: These kits are not emergency medical alert systems. Always maintain a primary method for contacting emergency services.

• Maintenance: It is the user's (or caregiver's) responsibility to ensure sensors are charged and buttons have fresh batteries.

• Connectivity: Wireless range can be affected by thick walls or large metal objects. We recommend testing the button range from the furthest room in the house during initial setup.
